I received an email letting me know when the vehicle would be picked up. The driver called me when he picked up the vehicle, and told me when to expect him. He also called me a half hour before he delivered the vehicle. The driver was very polite, and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend it to others.
