Unreliable and irresponsible

I booked two orders for my two different cars, one from Colorado to Nebraska and another from Ohio to Nebraska. They promised me that they should be picked up within 5 days, but the one from Colorado got picked up after 7 days!! And the one in Ohio wasn’t even assigned to a carrier yet, so I called them snd canceled the order. I had to pay 3 days storage fee because of the late pickup that I had another carrier go get it!! The interesting thing about all of this is, I called Montway every single day to follow up with the pickup date&time and told every single one that if the car doesn’t get picked up within five days then I will be charged for the late fee, and each one of them said don’t worry we’ll arrange the pick up and get a carrier, and some said we have the carrier but just give us a day to confirm…. And many more fake stories and lies!! Will not recommend Montway to anyone!! Remember, every time you call someone different answers the phone and tells you a fake story just to convince you to wait… So terrible, unfortunately!
