Not Super Impressed

To so I was super impressed with the experience would be a lie. Where to begin… Well I had scheduled a pick up date, which was fine, however when the date arrived, is when the headache began. The driver had reached out saying they would be arriving 2 hours early from the initial pick-up time which I was luckily about to accommodate for. After those 2 hours and not seeing or hearing from anyone, I began to worry. The driver then showed up 2 hours after the INITIAL pick-up time. Now comes to the drop off. I let the driver know I would not be there to receive the car until that Monday (3 days after pick-up). I received a call a day and a half after pick-up saying the driver was 30 minutes away. Then got a call saying they had arrived and the car was delivered to its final destination WITH NOBODY THERE TO RECEIVE IT! Luckily the car DID arrive safely and with no damage. I am however very disappointed in the lack of communication from the driver and currier. I would be hesitant to recommend this service.
