When making the reservation for pickup and delivery I thought it would take up to ten days for everything to happen, pickup and delivery, since I was having it delivered almost exactly 800 miles from the pickup address. It took a week before pickup occurred and then I was sent a message that it could take up to ten more days to be delivered. I called customer service, which helped because it took only six days to be delivered. The Sportster was well secured on the pallet but due to the cargo straps being placed on the handlebars, I had to readjust the handlebars because they were pulled downward. All-in-all though, I am satisfied with the whole process and back to riding my Sporty.
