I've recently used Montway to ship from the east coast to HI. Overall the experience was very good. The quote I received was very reasonable (much lower than I had expected), I was able to track the shipment without any issue, and the car arrived much sooner than I expected and there was no damage. Montway provided a free car wash which was very helpful because of the dust collected during the trip. One thing to keep in mind that Montway (this is likely the same with all other car shipping companies) cannot 100% guarantee they can pick up the car on an exact date/time. The car pick up window is usually 3-5 days. I had my vehicle picked up 3 days after the scheduled date. Knowing this was helpful as I was able to organize my rental pickup. The car arrived at destination 3-5 days sooner than I expected, which was good because it cut back on the rental car cost. In summary, the entire process was seamless and I was very happy.
