I used Montway twice last year, and neither experience was favorable. The worst and last experience resulted in significant damage to the vehicle that was transported. I contacted Montway for help and they deferred me to the driver's company. They didn't have any of the driver's insurance information, would not get involved in the claim, and didn't lift a finger to help. The driver has stolen an item from me and has not paid for the damage. I have gone with another company for the next two transport needs and both of those were great. Avoid Montway!

We vet to make sure all carriers have the proper insurance and certifications. And we continuously monitor carriers to ensure they meet our service standards. And offered assistance to help in the resolution. Unfortunately, we never received any response from you regarding how you wanted to proceed. Even after our follow-ups.
