The company that actually delivered our vehicle was nice and glad they were still able to pick it up even if the auction broker was unhelpful and we had to do the most of the legwork to make sure we didn’t have to pay another shipping fee. Abetter.bid needs to work on there communications. I would recommend a different broker. (Not related to transportation service) Montway dispatch had a strong accent and it was hard to hear what he was saying but he was patient and tried his best. I still recommend Montway service because it’s cheaper then the brokers shipping partners.
