I am honestly not one to leave bad reviews… but I want to let those of you considering it, to know what you’re getting into! First of all, this business is NOT door-to-door as advertised. Not only did the company pick up my car 2 days late, outside my 5-day pick up window, but they made me drive 25 minutes to drop it off. Once the car was delivered, I once again had to meet the driver and called an Uber to meet him 30 mins away to take delivery. Upon taking delivery the driver said I have to pay an extra $200 for packing too many items but didn’t even prove it was over 100 lbs which I’m sure it wasn’t considering it was full of clothes and pillows!! My car is a coupe so it doesn’t have a big trunk in the first place, but that don’t take that into consideration I guess. Also I want to mention, my car was filthy when it arrived! I realize it traveled a far distance but my car must’ve been front of the line the entire time because it was absolutely bathed in bugs and dirt.. Just happy to have my car again but I’m highly disappointed with my experience and wish I had just driven it to the destination myself.. if you’re on the fence, I don’t recommend it. Pay for the gas and hotel to do it yourself, it’ll be cheaper in the end and less work.
