Miserable Experience

I would stay far away from this company. USE EASY AUTO SHIP. I used them my last move and they were amazing, this company not so much. I think the screen shots show just how terrible they are at customer service. After being promised updates and a delivery by the carrier, I reached out to see if they could help me determine the status of my delivery. I was told it would be delivered a Sunday afternoon. As of midnight that same day it was not delivered. I totally get if it was delayed but I was told repeatedly by the carrier it would be delivered that day. If it wasn’t, it should have been relayed to me. A good broker is only as good as their relationships. I am still without any idea where my vehicle is and when it will be delivered. And being that this company required me to have my vehicle picked up 7 days before my actual move, my family is on the receiving end so I prepaid, probably why they have no incentive to deliver. I will be filing a BBB complaint against both this company and the hauler. I sure hope a police report is not needed since again, I have no idea where my vehicle is or when it is being delivered.
