Terrible customer service

I filed a claim because my car was damaged during transport. Montway will only communicate with me via email and then they don’t respond. Trust me, if you have a problem with your vehicle while it was transported you will not get any help from Montway

Claims are a delicate process and thus we ask that all communication about claims is done via email in order to maintain accuracy.
