The office sales/reservation specialist was very good, provided good information, answered my questions and very courteous. Good follow up and notification of pickup and delivery times. The pickup driver was also very professional. Called ahead to setup pickup time, called when he was on his way to inform me me of his estimated arrival time. Arrived on time, don his PPE, maintained social distance, checked and photographed just about every part of the car for damage before loading the car. I am impressed and very satisfied with Montway service and will have no reservation in recommending them. Thanks and keep up the great job!
