Very disappointing. Told delivery on Monday then Tuesday am, then Tuesday mid-day, then Tuesday 6-7 pm, then Tuesday 10:30-11:00 pm and they finally arrived at 12:45 am Wednesday morning - I ended up having to call in sick to work as I needed to be up by 5:30am to get to work on time. This was not a good experience. It also didn’t help that I could not reach anyone other than the drivers and they did not speak ANY English. They had to use there phone to translate for us to be able to communicate. Not good for a company that touts great customer satisfaction.

Hello Roland, we're sorry to hear of the inconvenience. Montway strives to work with the most professional carriers out there. We advise all customers at booking that all dates and times are estimated as truck drivers can be delayed for many reasons outside anyone's control. All customers should make the necessary preparations in the event that they may be unavailable to release or accept the vehicle. Our experienced team is available in the event that there are any issues with timing or communications. We'd be happy to discuss this further with the customer and try and make things right.
