My initial contact was timely and very helpful in transporting my 2007 VW Rabbit. The driver that picked up my car came speeding into my neighborhood and went right past my house. He was very rude and only said 5 words to me. And then left my neighborhood as quickly as he arrived. My car arrived on time and the driver gave me two notices as to when he would arrive. Upon arrival, he didn't use the key fob to open the door and tripped the anti theft so he couldn't get the car off the trailer.. After,many tries with different keys he became more and more angry with me and at me, he and his helper pushed my car off the trailer and left my car on the side of a busy highway inoperable. My son in law and husband had to push my car into our apt parking lot.
