Horrible company.

We had a contract with montway auto transport for our vehicles to be picked up on October 31st, but the vehicles were picked up 11 days late. They over charged my card two times for $150 each time, one charge was authorized, but not the additional two which they haven’t refunded me yet. Besides that the company used extortion tactics to pry more money from us. Showing up late and saying they could take the vehicles then saying if they got more money then they’d do it. They then arranged for another pick up and the driver finally showed up. They driver got to the destination for drop off, but said he would not let us have our vehicles back unless he was paid an additional $500 for his time. Which was never talked about and he was holding our property hostage. Montway has been extremely unprofessional and they have constantly tried squeezing more money from us. Now going as far as their driver demanding more money after already being paid the agreed upon price for the shipping. We’ve tried calling, but when we start to discuss the matter they hang up. I can’t believe the BBB or any other website has such a high rating for how they run their business.
