Scammers, empty promises, terrible customer service.

I booked my transport with Jesse Carrera for an agreed price of $699. He promised my salesman that the car would be picked up on or before Jan. 2nd. When it wasn't I attempted to call Jesse at his direct number multiple times, left messages with no returned calls. Called the Montway line only to be placed on hold for 5 plus minutes then being disconnected. This happened multiple times! When I finally got through, I was only told that they were working on it. On Jan. 8th, Montway contacted me to tell me they had a transporter lined up but, it was going to be $924 instead of our agreed $699! By this time, the dealership was angry for the car not being picked up as Montway (Jesse) had promised. So, to my dismay, I let these scammers go ahead with the transport. They told me I would be informed via email when the car picked up. This didn't happen, until I called and went through the hold/disconnect process to ask if it had in fact been picked up. I received an email telling me it had been picked up a day ago, 4 minutes after my call prompted them.I have had several vehicles transported over the years and never experienced such poor customer service.

We apologize for the inconvenience, Paul. We did encounter delays due to the holiday season and bad weather. Montway did not raise the price for you. However, the carrier dispatched requested the additional fees as they had priced the available spot on their trailer higher than expected as this is not a frequented route.
