Car (Open) Transport MO to CA

Overall working with Montway was a positive experience. The company that picked up the car (PREMIER AUTO TRANSPORT LLC- Leo) was excellent. When I booked with Montway, the service rep said the car would be picked up between 1-3 business days. I found out later that they had 5 business days to pick up the vehicle, which was fine, but I wish they had told me this when I booked. I cleared my schedule for the next 5 days and heard nothing from Montway. When I called on the 4th business day to find out what the status of the pickup was, I was informed of the 5 business days. I didn't hear anything from Montway until Friday night when they said they had a driver who could pick up the next day. I was disappointed to learn that in order to ship the car the next day, Montway wanted an additional $60. Since I had prepaid I let the rep know that I wasn't happy about the upcharge, especially since there was no mention of a possible upcharge. The rep was able to ship my car at the original quote. The car was dispatched to PREMIER AUTO TRANSPORT LLC. I had obligations on Saturday but Leo provided excellent service and worked around my schedule. Communication was excellent and he was more than willing to work with our schedules for both pickup and delivery. When Leo picked up the car, he was courteous, professional and took great care of the car. Watching Leo work, I had every confidence that the car would arrive at its destination without damage. We were expecting delivery on Thursday so my son was pleasantly surprised when he made contact with Leo of PREMIER AUTO TRANSPORT LLC on Tuesday that he could deliver his vehicle late that evening. Leo arrived at the time he estimated and delivery went smoothly. There was no damage to the car. Other than being dirty (which is to be expected with open transport), the car arrived in CA in the same condition it was shipped out of MO in. Montway could have done a little better job with the initial communication but it wasn't a big deal since I wasn't on a strict timeline. I got emails when the car was dispatched, picked up but I never received an email saying the car was delivered. Overall, it was a positive experience and I would use Montway and PREMIER AUTO TRANSPORT LLC again if the need ever arose. Thank you, Leo and Montway, for such a positive experience.
