The customer service was spot on. They knew I was the arranger for the pick up but that my husband would be the main contact for picking up the car and that my father would be the receiver. They never got this confused and never called the wrong person for each step. The driver was honest on what day they were leaving and what day he would most likely arrive. Overall, it was as smooth as it could have possibly gone. I would highly recommend both the driver and the company as a whole.
