My only issue was I live in Texas and the vehicle was shipped from California. I requested advanced notice of the pickup so I could travel to California when it was loaded to observe the process, meet the driver and see his equipment and obtain some orientation of the vehicle by the seller. I made a couple of online chats to get the pickup date. Before I was made aware of the pickup, the best I could get was "it will be soon". Finally at 5:47 PM, the day before, I received an email, not a phone call, that the pickup would be the next day. I was provided with the driver's phone and had to call him to find out the pickup would be about noon. That gave me just 18 hours to arrange air travel to California. Everyone knows last minutes airline tickets are more expensive, if seats are available. The seller was not happy as he had to rearrange his schedule at the last minute because of the short notice. He described the short notice as "unprofessional" based on his experiences with dealing with other car transport companies. The vehicle arrived in good condition but about 12 hours after the projected delivery time, and after dark.
