Gave them four stars just because my car came extremely dirty, as if it was driven off rode. Mud was everywhere. Had to take my car to wash because the windows were so dirty that you couldn't see out of them. They did drop it off 5 hours late but they did call a dat before to warn me that it'll be dropped off a couple hours late because of the weather.
