On two previous occasions, I have used another auto transportation company and was ready to do so again. However, the cost quoted increased almost 50%, and I saw that the company's ratings had also declined greatly. Their customer service was also lacking. .I then found your company online and read how high your ratings were. My initial contact was with Jason, and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I booked delivery, and the cost was very fair. Throughout the process, your company gave me email updates, and the carrier, Nick from Falcons Transport, also contacted me to give me a window pickup time. At the appointed time, Nick was there. He was very nice, professional and efficient. Delivery date was as promised, despite bad weather throughout the country, and Nick contacted me several times to let me know when my vehicle would be delivered. Our car was delivered without damage. I would definitely use your company again. Thank you.
