Service was overall good. As a disclaimer this is the first time I have used any long haul vehicle shipping service. Considering that the company is in the logistics business I expected a little more prompt updates on the status of the shipment. The first subcontractor got stuck at a border crossing, I understand these things happen, but the communication could have been more prompt.
