I had made a reservation nearly 3 weeks in advance for a car that I had purchased to be picked up. I didn't receive confirmation of a dispatch until the day before the availability date. Then the trucker got lost (or something) and couldn't find the pick up location and was very rude to the person who was waiting for him at the pick up location. The trucker was swearing over the phone, etc. and ended up abandoning the pick up. Frankly, I was a little relieved that I didn't have an angry trucker transporting my newly purchased classic car! I received a notification that the pick up had been reassigned. I called and complained that the service rep said they would suspended from the pool of truckers. The second attempt went much more smoothly... I received a dispatch notification a few days in advance of the pickup date and the trucker was much more pleasant. Delivery was on time and the transaction went smoothly. The car showed up fairly dirty but it's an open carrier so I didn't expect anything different. If it weren't for the first attempt, it would definitely be 5 stars!
