Reliable, on time, no crazy surprises. Customer service on the Montway side was hit and miss depending on who answered the phone. Montway subcontracts out to various companies and my car was handled by Auto Shipping Inc, which handled the actual pickup and delivery. They were on time and delivered the car in good condition. Would use Montway again - happy with the results.
