From the time I placed the order online through delivery, the process was easy. Even with an online order, I recommend calling customer service to validate dates- I learned that the pickup date that I had entered was treated by Montway as the earliest date for pickup, opening a five day window (this is the only reason the review is not 5 stars). Once I knew this, they adjusted the date to work with my schedule and the process was simple from there. The driver (from LTU transport) and his scheduler took over on pickup day and communications by phone and text were simple, with pickup and delivery details easily set. My car arrived in good condition, showing only dirt from being on the road for four days. Overall super job.
