The gentlemen at montway made me feel like I was important and that excellent service (ie: on time pickup and delivery) were very important to them. I was worried when I was going to hire a shipping service that they wouldn't make the five day window required for pick up, meaning that from the time I initially contacted montway transport they had only five days to get a driver to pick up my shipment. Well, they succeeded in fine fashion! They assured me from the beginning that there wouldn't be any problems, and they were right! A+ for overall satisfaction. <3<3<3
