I booked Montway back in March for transport of my car from California to Illinois. I gave them an earliest pickup date of June 7, with June 13 as the absolute last day for pickup in California. The car was picked up on June 11 by a great driver, who was very polite and easy to reach via cell phone. It arrived at our drop-off in Chicago on June 18, and appears to be in good condition.

My one hesitation is that I felt I didn't get much in the way of updates from Montway about when I might hear something, when they thought they could book a driver, etc. I chatted online with them a couple of times as we neared the first available pickup date, and again a couple days later, and they hadn't found anyone yet. I was getting a little anxious about the whole thing when, luckily, Montway called on the 10th to let me know that the driver would pick up the car on the 11th or 12th. So that's my one caveat - I would've loved an email once they started actively searching so that I at least knew where we were in the process.
