I was skeptical when I first requested Montway to transport my vehicle that I purchased on-line. I requested an enclosed transport for my vehicle. My first interaction with the customer service coordinator gave me confidence as he answered my questions about the process. Within three business days, Montway sent an e-mail confirming R&J Elite Transport LLC was dispatched to handle the transport. Within a few business days, Rashad called me to confirm the vehicle had been picked up and provided me an estimated delivery date. At the time, severe winter weather was impacting the Northeast. Later that week, Rashad called again to update me on his progress and confirm the delivery date. The delivery time from pickup to destination was 6 business days. The morning of the delivery Rashad called again to confirm the drop off time. Later that day, he called again about an hour before the delivery. The car was delivered in undamaged and protected from the elements. Rashad promptly unloaded the car and commenced with the paper work. I highly recommend using Montway and R&J Elite Transport.
