Overall I'm pleased because the transit time was short and everyone was courteous. I would use them again.

Booked through USHIP's published rates for much less than Montway was bidding in the auction. Montway brokered shipment to a carrier called Lone Star Trucking. It took some time for them to find someone willing to take the shipment (about a week from booking to pickup), but it took less than three days to deliver from TX to DC.

Montway responded to emails promptly (within a few hours). Carrier was kind, responsive, and flexible, but wasn't familiar with the area. We agreed to meet outside the DC area because he didn't think his truck could get into DC. Since the zipcode was available for Montway when the shipment was accepted, it would have been nice to have someone that could come into the city, but I understand that can be tricky.
