Monstar Hits a Home Run For a Nervous First-Timer

If you're reading reviews, I know the apprehension you may be feeling in trying to decide on a transporter or broker, particularly as a first-timer. I spent many hours researching and comparing evaluations before finally deciding on Monstar Auto Transport. Even then, I quizzed Letty extensively about every facet of the move, looking for any indication that I might be making a mistake by going with these guys. But I was wrong! Letty was reassuring and helpful, and everything she committed to turned out precisely as she had said it would. The car was picked up in a somewhat remote part of northern California (not on the usual CA to FL route) exactly on the day Letty said it would be, and delivered to me in south Florida within 1 week.Car arrived in excellent condition, and was expertly unloaded in 15 minutes. Price was right in line with most other estimates I received.There was a minimal amount of coordination required at either end, and the pick-up and drop-off went without a hitch.

I'm sure things can go wrong, even with good outfits, but our first-time experience went beautifully, and I have no reservations in recommending that others give Monstar a good look when choosing a transporter/broker.
