I want everyone to know that Monstar has the most unbelievable customer service available! Although I have had the unfortunate experience of being swindled by another company, Letty at Monstar was able to inform me of everything I needed to know. I wish I would have used them in the first place. Not only did they quote a reasonable price they called me back right away. When you need something there is someone to talk to and answer your questions as well. No lies and delays just nice dependable people there to help!!! I cannot say enough. My car is being held hostage by another transport company and if I can get it back I am going to get Monstar to pick it up. Letty is by far the nicest person I have ever had the pleasure of talking to!!
