I was very worried when I placed my call to Monstar Auto Transport. The young lady on the other end of the phone put me at ease when she gave me options for havinf my classic 1967 Camaro shipped almost cross country. I needed to get my beauty out of illinois and the harsh weather and salt filled roads.. She explained that she would post the move on a posting board for drivers to look at and would then only schedule a move with her most trusted drivers. She told me that she had a driver making that route soon and this guy was te best. He treated the vehicles in his enclosed carrier as if they were his. Carefully loaded the car, dusted it off and kept the spacing between vehicles maxxed out to avoid accidents. The guy showed up about a week later, and just as she had promised, this guys was cool, and he handled my precious Camaro as if she was made of glass. I felt calm about the whole thing. Letty called me before the pick up to confirm he would be there as scheduled, she called me after the pick up to make sure I was happy with the pick up. I flew out the next day. Arrived in Sunny SoCal and waited for me car. A few days later my Camaro arrived. To my amazement, he had it covered, and had just cleaned and dusted it off. I loved watching the unloading. The sun gleaming off the metal gave it a dreamy look. I couldn't stop thanking the driver for taking such good care of my car. To my surprise he said, "Letty told me to take extra care of it, or else!" he laughed, I laughed and when I told Letty she laughed. Trust me! This is the transport company to use! I know that it will be fo me. MONSTAR AUTO TRANSPORT DELIVERS NOT ONLY YOUR VEHICLE BUT THEY DELIVER ON THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO!!!! THANKS LETTY! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND YOU WILL GO PLACES WITH YOUR BUSINESS. THANKS AGAIN! MY PRECIOUS THANKS YOU TOO!
