I contacted several auto transport companys about moving my Lifted 2002 Chevy Silverado Crew Cab and let me say that the young lady at Monstar Auto Transport was upfront from the get go. She told me what the going rate would be, what would be needed in order to move it and why the rate for this move was slightly higher than the rate for other vehicles. I already knew why, but she was courteous enough to validate it. She was in constant communication with me from scheduling the pick up, to the actual pick up and drop off. She was even nice enough to contact me the day after to make sure I was happy with the delivery and wanted to make sure the truck arrived just as it has left me. Her quote was right up there with everyone elses and she even hooked me up with a nice discount for replying to one of her letters.
If anyone reading this is considering moving their car, truck or whatever you may have, then this is definetely a company you should contact, the rates are fair and the customer service is incredible.
I hope anyone that uses this company is lucky enough to deal with Ms. Pena, if not make sure to ask for her, she helps make it a pleasant experience.
