I had a very tight window for pickup and Letty(at Monstar) worked very hard to make it happen for me. I was very pleased with her personable approach and ability to accommodate my needs. The driver was professional and on time for both pickup and dropoff. The car arrived without any damage or issues of any kind. The driver and Letty were both available to me via cell phone the entire time. I would recommend Monstar without hesitation.
