From the beginning when I hired Momentum to take my car cross country, I was reassured by Brian Ewing, the representative from the company, that the transportation of my car would go smoothly. He went as far as giving me his cell phone number if I needed him for information. In addition he made sure the carrier contacted me by phone with full details of the pick up and delivery situation. Mr. Ewing was very accommodating and very thorough, making sure the I felt comfortable. I had heard horror stories of things being stolen from cars, in addition to a car being stolen (from other companies). I was totally reassured that things would work out. The carrier kept in touch with us en route and the delivery of the car was planned as the car was getting closer to its destination.
I am using Momentum again this fall to bring a car from the west coast to the east coast. Had I not had such a good experience with the company I would have hired another company. I highly recommend that you contact Momentum if you want personal service and satisfaction.
