So I finally learned what happened to my car while it was in the care of Mobile Transport. The driver Mobile hired is Paval Zaganenko, supposedly he has his own company called American Transportation Towing which is great for him except that he has no insurance and a suspended license. Mobile obviously didn't do the research before hiring him, or if they already knew, they sure didn't care. Paval drove my car around for his own personal use for 4 days AFTER he picked my car up with the truck when it should've been on its way over to MA. He wrecked it 15 minutes away from his house in Vancouver, WA and didn't tell anyone about it. It was crashed so bad that it had to be towed from the site. There was a police report on this and he and Mobile still denied it. Then he went off and patched my car up poorly with aftermarkets thinking no one would notice. Well I finally received my car on May 21 and since then this nightmare has gotten worse. I refused to pay the driver because I knew that my car had been in an accident even with the crummy aftermarkets installed. However the driver threatened to take my car back with him if I didn't pay. I called the police and asked them to come take a look, then the driver had the nerve to say he'll only take $350 for delivery if I don't go through Mobile's insurance. The "check engine" light was on and my car died on the freeway the next day. My mileage had also jumped 150 miles because of Paval. Thanks to my insurance though, my car has been fixed up while the damage came out to $6534! Of course my car doesn't feel the same however, thanks to smart Paval. Now I am looking to get my delivery fee back as well as the out of pocket expenses I used for a 3-wk rental. Mobile and their small insurance company deny any responsibility because it is all Paval's fault they say, but my insurance will get them. I reported Mobile to the Attorney General and BBB. DO NOT EVER EVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH MOBILE TRANSPORT. The employees could care less about their customers.
