After talking to Mark at Mobile Transport he gave me direct contact with the driver of the hauler. Alex and his team were prompt and professional. My car was the last on on the truck and was placed on top of the driver cabin. My car was untouched from Ohio to Oregon. While unloading my 2005 RL they paid very close attention to ground clearance and speed to get moved off of the hauler. Whenever I called Alex, not once did I get a busy signal or have to leave a message. I got constant updates on team location and they were able to drop off within 2 blocks of my home. They got me my car before the seller got me the title - and the seller had the title in hand!!!! If you go with Mobile Transport, they will go the extra mile. I even provided a 20% tip for incentive to take special care of my vehicle and they followed through flawlessly. These guys moved a full 10 car load over 3200 miles in 3 days. I was expecting a week and they delivered in less than half the time. Speed and service - they earned their incentive. If your like me and dropped a nice chunk of change on a vehicle, you want it taken care of right. It was worth it to me to provide extra incentive because many things can go wrong when transporting a vehicle cross country. You could pay FedEx or some national carrier 3 times as much and they can't guarantee next business day over the weekend and that is what Mobile Transport did for me. They did not pay me for this review, I would have written a different review if they did not deliver. These guys are so busy doing a good job, they don't even check these reviews, they move at least 100 cars a month and only the bad reviewers show up on this forum. If your on the fence about Mobile Transport don't be - everyone's experience is different, but I would haul with these guys whenever I need a vehicle moved.
