I chose Mercury on the basis of a competitive price and Jim Gozde's persistence in telling me how well I would be cared for. Jim followed up regularly and on each occasion, asked me for the business. Being a businessperson myself, I admired Jim for sticking with me through the decision process and continually reminding me that Mercury was ready to spring into action for me, if I decided they were the choice. The actual pickup and delivery process went off without a hitch. The car was undamaged and the driver was on-time, almost to the minute. I was very nervous about the process, not at all certain of what I would get, but Jim's professionalism and integrity made the process a breeze. Bottom line, I wouldn't THINK of using anyone else in the future.
