By the time I came to Mercury I was at my wits end. I had gone through two other transport carriers that had the hardest time being honest with me, and most of all staying in communication with me. This was not my first experience transporting my vehicle however I had never done it in the winter before which is a totally different experience all together because there is so much to factor in when the weather is not good, however I can truly say that Mercury if they didn't do anything else they kept me informed. I never felt like I was in the dark, I knew exactly what my brooker, Jim was doing, so although I couldn't control the weather or the cars with much higher bids than me getting picked up first, my options and all the information was laid out before so at bare minimum I could make an intelligent and well-informed decision. That was where the other carriers missed it, and that is what I appreciated most of all.
