The driver was polite, prompt, and gave good instructions on where to meet up.
Even though the driver is the only person you deal with after the car is picked up, I would prefer it if the broker was reponsible for all the communication while the driver is in the field. It's easier to understand them and nice to have a single point of communication, instead of 2 people.
Overall it was a good experience.
