Its a good broker firm. My vehicle was picked up by the driver two days late but thats not the broker's fault. Either way, my vehicle reached Seattle on time to get on the wharf to Valdez so it didn't matter that my jeep was picked up late. Although the delivery was late, it wasn't the broker's fault because the weather was really bad at the sea. Jim Gozde was helpful and checked up on my vehicle every so often. Definitely cheaper than some of the other competition I researched. Would definitely do business with them again. Jim was the most helpful compared to other services regarding getting my jeep to Alaska since alaska is very isolated and services don't come cheap.
