From the beginning of my experience with Mercury, there was transparency in the process. Misty Stovall informed me of what to expect and how the process generally goes. She sent me daily updates to let me know she was actively working to find a good reputable carrier for my vehicle. In this case she was able to connect with J T Truck Lines LLC. When Misty sent me the contact information to the carrier, I was able to communicate with them right away. The carrier driver, Seth, was very matter of fact, friendly and kept me up to date on his progress and by God's grace, able to make the shipment a day earlier than expected. We were also able to set up a location that was easiest, for both he and I, to drop off my vehicle. This was a win-win. My vehicle was in good order, a little dusty from being trailered but nothing the carwash couldn't take care of. Throughout the process Misty Stovall and June Carroll were touching base with me and checking on how the process was going. Over all I am very pleased with how Misty and June walked with me through the process, from the beginning to the end. I highly recommend Mercury, I would use them again.
