I hired Mercury to ship my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek from Minneapolis to Dallas in January 2024. I worked primarily with David Hilty. David was great. We were in daily communication throughout the entire booking process and shipment. Not only did he reach out to me on a regular basis, but whenever I needed information from David, he was quick to respond. A day or two later, I followed my car down to Texas, and because of an intervening blizzard, there were many vehicle transports flipped over and in the ditches. I new my car was already safe in Texas, but I was so happy that I got lucky with the timing of my shipment and that I chose the right carrier. Can't recommend David and Mercury more highly.
