I worked with Lawrence Reeves at Mercury Auto Transport (order # 15120657). He was so helpful and extremely responsive. He helped to arrange a long tow from Pennsylvania to Virginia. There were some issues to overcome with my tow situation (getting my vehicle out of the first tow yard and paying that tow company). He helped connect me directly to the tow dispatched and driver so that we could easily work out my issues. He followed up after my tow was complete to make sure everything had gone smoothly. He is a great problem solver and he really helped me out with a situation that I'm not at all familiar with. Thank you!
