I needed my car transported from Phoenix Az, to Summerville SC… After being contacted by many transport companies, this one stood out the best of them all! Sometimes it’s not just about the cheapest price you can get.. It’s about getting ALL the information upfront.. After having read so many reviews on different transport co. I was afraid I’d be paying more once it was delivered for one reason or another.. William from Mercury Auto Transport was AMAZING!! William emailed information about what to look for, questions to ask and how the transport process works. He did this not knowing if I was going to use them.. He sounded like he really wanted to help me, .. And the information he sent was sooo informative!! I was so impressed by this gesture, that I hired them! Excellent customer service from William!! Thank you!! William kept me informed every step of the way via email. I didn’t have to call once to find out where we were in the process, I was updated daily. I will definitely use them again if I need to transport my vehicle. Highly recommend!! Ask for William, he won’t disappoint!
