My booking agent, David Hilty, did an excellent job. I am a satisfied customer of Mercury Auto Transport. I researched many, many other brokers and read the complaints their customers had. Many quoted a low price so the customer would commit to them, only to give them a much higher price when they found a trucking company to transport the vehicle. There are many sleazy bait and switch brokers out there. I chose Mercury because of all the detailed information the company identified to inform potential customers, but mainly due to reading the complaints about Mercury on the BBB website. I felt that they went above and beyond to try to satisfy their customer's complaints. Mercury earned my business and I'm very happy that I chose them to move my car. I signed the contract with Mercury on Monday. A few hours later my agent David Hilty found a qualified Transport company. Car was picked up Tuesday morning and delivered on Wednesday morning with no issues.
