I reviewed many car transport companies before deciding on Mercury and I'm glad I did. It seems like an industry with zero quality control--your broker might be great but when it comes to the carrier, anything goes! Luckily, that was not the case in my experience. My broker, Luis Marrero, was in frequent contact with me from the beginning, answering all the questions I had via phone and text, and he sent me frequent updates regarding the status of the pickup of my car, which I was transporting from CO to NC. After the handoff occurred, a representative from Mercury followed up consistently with me to ensure the carriers had picked up the car and were delivering on their promise. I also have to say the carriers were AWESOME. When they delivered the car they charged the car with an A/C canister and even helped with a quick fix for the front bumper which was out of alignment (and not their fault, the car was just that way). I'd absolutely use them again.
