Recently we needed our daughter’s vehicle relocated from Oklahoma to Texas for use at college. We thought about using U-haul and then located auto transporting through Citysearch. We located a variety of companies and several called. We narrowed down the selection to reputable companies and one was Mercury. Not knowing much about how the transportation would take place or how it occurs we were able to receive information via email from Jim Godze at Mercury on steps regarding the transporting, how it works from the broker to the agreed upon carrier. Jim sending the email information is why we chose Mercury. We spoke with Jim who explained everything specifically and answered all of our questions. Jim kept us posted with every step by email, text and phone calls up until the selected carrier. He explained the cost and payment amount. Nothing changed or increased. The carrier and dispatcher was provided along with their cell numbers and company information. Jim explained the pick up and the delivery date. Which was exactly as he stated. The transport was smooth and there were no scratches or incidents. We’re relocating soon and we’ll be needing Jim and Mercury’s services again.
