AMAZING! Hands down The BEST! Look NO further—You’re in EXCELLENT hands with this TOP SHELF vendor! Competent, Courteous, Communicative, Professional! COMPLETELY on top of things the WHOLE way—I’ll NEVER again use anyone else!! Whenever Expectations are Exceeded, you’ve just experienced one of life’s RARE moments; That’s PRECISELY what occurred with us and Mercury Auto Transport recently! Here’s a backstory worth your time: Picture this; It’s Friday June 30th about 3:15 pm—4thof July Weekend Eve; Most have left work early—hustling madly into the FOUR Day weekend festivities. My son Jeremiah is beside himself with excitement, he’s just made a deal with my friend Wes in Texas on a rare and powerful steed—Wes’s stunning pearl white supercharged Saleen Mustang! Filled with apprehension from past vendor incompetencies and complacencies, I tried to assist by lining up a car carrier to get this Beautiful Cobra Powered Beast up here to Montana ASAP—a nerve-wracking task indeed. ….PROVIDENTIALLY—I was put in touch with Angelo at Mercury Auto Transport! Angelo immediately put me at ease with his knowledge and professional manner; Assuring me they could get things underway RIGHT NOW —I called my son with the good news—Only to find out he was already on the phone dealing with another car carrier—I apologized to Angelo and hung up thinking the matter was handled. Five hours later—after I’d gone home for the day—I learned from a dejected Jeremiah that; After providing all the particulars to the other car carrier, They’d informed him, That due to the forthcoming Independence Day Celebrations they wouldn’t even get started on it until—Tuesday the 5th—FIVE days later—AFTERWARDS! I promptly texted Angelo (8:16 pm) who got back to us IMMEDIATELLY!! (8:18 pm) By 8:36 pm we were in the system and “on the board”! Think about THAT! 8:36 pm MDT is 10:36 pm EDT!! Many other providers were partying or sleeping—Angelo and Mercury Auto Transport were BUSY—Knocking it out of the park!! We were ALL SET for the earliest possible delivery—Everything that could be done was done! The following morning, July 1st Received a message at 9:44 am MDT (which BTW is 7:44 am EDT !!) That a carrier had been found who could pick Mustang up on July 5th—(the day the other guys were going to start looking) — but Mercury Auto Transport was still seeking a faster/sooner pick up for us!! Next day, July 2nd: Received word that Mercury Auto Transport had negotiated the hoped for QUICKER pick up— MUCH QUICKER!! Mercury Auto Transport had procured an enclosed carrier who would be able to pick our Saleen Mustang up in the morning—July 3rd!! —and for the $ame open carrier price—!! AMAZING !! And that’s NOT all; Carrier was a High end “Barrett-Jackson” style enclosed unit brimming with Muscle Cars and Exotics, So our rare little Pony Car would be safe and in Great company! YAY! SO!—That’s WHAT Happened! Carrier was prompt and professional—Wes was impressed—took pics and video. A few mornings later our little white Stallion showed up here—Unscathed—Perfect! Carrier already had Stang off and waiting when I arrived-took more pics and video. Mercury Auto Transport and Angelo Pazos were nothing short of AMAZING! ALWAYS in communication (phone/text/email). ALWAYS steering Everything in the right direction!! Angelo Pazos and Mercury Auto Transport had our back the ENTIRE time! They’ll do the same for you! !! YOU’RE WELCOME !! ??
