They are hands on all throughout. Spencer was my agent, and he did everything to give me the best deal and the best carrier. I have talked with different companies, yes, some of them have a good offer, but only Mercury made me feel that my car will be in a good hand. I highly recommend doing your shipment with them. My car delivered safe and sound. The communication with the agent and the carrier is the best part for me. They will not disappoint you. I got my car earlier than expected as well and that is a plus.
