Used Mercury for 2nd time and had another stress free experience! This was my 5th haul overall. Communication with Drew Rightnour was spot on, did need to contact driver through confirmation email to set up details. Knew exact pick up & delivery times via text with him. Picked up and delivered as scheduled. No upcharge. Nice feature was the ability to track shipment on smartphone, quite cool. Also, June in fulfillment was in contact to insure all was going according to plan. And of course, I big thank you to driver Mario for delivering my Infiniti safe and sound. Highly recommended, thanks to all??
